Mary Fox, founder of My Blue Eyed Girl, said "My Blue Eyed Girl was founded with the plan to eventually involve our daughter Ashley in the business. Ashley, born with Down Syndrome, has been a participant in Special Olympics for many years and the organization is wonderful. The full-time employees, volunteers and athletes are greatly blessed by being part of the organization."
